We Service ALL makes and models of domestic sewing machines along with overlockers and cover stitchers. Whilst we offer mailny a mobile service, there is also the option to drop your machine off at our partner store Clothkits in Chichester, if a mobile service is impractical or you are not availible during the working week! Over 90% of our visits result in the machine being fixed there and then (usually within around a hour) It is important that customers are honest with the issues they are having at the time of booking in order for us to correctly preempt any parts that may or may not be needed. Some more complex repairs may require the machine to be taken away but where possible we try to avoid that as it makes no economical or environmental sense to be making extra journeys unnecessarily. Most sewing machines fall under out standard service price, however some fancier advanced machines do have a higher service price again depending on the complexity of the machine.

Finally if you are part of a WI, Quilting Group or similar, we can arrange a date to service all your groups machines and even P.A.T test your machines to allow them to be compliant with most village hall requirements etc.
